USA / CANADA orders are shipped from our EU warehouse. Duties are calculated at checkout. We have no control over the total duty fee.

Yes, UK orders are shipped from our UK warehouse and have no duty or custom fees. 

Duty fees are not included in the total. Countries include Switzerland, Norway, Turkey etc. If you have any questions regarding duties and or if your country requires duties to be paid please contact us support@rainkiss.com. We deliver worldwide. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Rainkiss.

We ship world-wide. Global orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands, Europe. We deliver worldwide, if your country is missing please let us know. We do not ship to PO boxes.

Orders that hold a pre-order item (and includes items in stock), will be shipped as 1 package as soon as the pre-ordered item arrives in our warehouse. We state the estimated time of delivery within the pre-order items description.
