Submitting a return & refund.
We want you to love your Rainkiss if you have any issues or questions please feel free to contact our customer service team, we are here to help and happy to find a solution for your return or refund request.
If you would like to submit a return for refund, please contact our Rainkiss Customer support team via email@example.com with your name, order number and proof of purchase.
We will happily provide a full refund or exchange, within 14 days of receipt via bank transfer or paypal transfer, for any Rainkiss product which you are not entirely satisfied with.
Return the unworn item in its original packaging. We do not refund postage costs. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.
If you purchased your Rainkiss from a 3rd party seller, store or retailer please contact the store or location you purchased from for a refund or exchange. We can not provide returns for purchases made outside of Rainkiss.com
We do not cover return postage fees, Rainkiss is not responsible for any return item(s) lost in transit. We highly recommend using a shipping carrier that provides insurance and tracking.
Orders placed between November 30th and December 31 are eligible extended returns through January 14th.
