How do I return my product?
What is the return period?
We will happily provide a full refund or exchange, within 14 days of receipt via bank transfer or paypal transfer, for any Rainkiss product which you are not entirely satisfied with. Return the item in its original packaging.
How long until I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days upon receiving the package.
What if I ordered from another retailer?
If you purchased your Rainkiss from a 3rd party seller please contact the store or location your purchased from for refund or exchange.
