We pick and pack our orders immediately to ensure quick shipment, if you would like to cancel or amend your order plese email us.

We can not guarantee this and once picked it is no longer possible to cancel. Please refuse the package once delivery is attempted. We will refund your order once the refused package is returned to our warehouse.

If you entered the wrong address please email us right away with your order number and correct address. Please note delivery may be delayed and we can not guarantee changes can be made before the order is picked.

We pick our orders immediately so in most cases orders between Monday and Friday are shipped same day. 

Deliveries within the Netherlands and Belgium, will be delivered within the next 1-2 business days. 

Deliveries within Europe Zone 1:
All orders placed before 4 pm on working days, will be delivered within the next 3 to 5 business days.

Deliveries within Europe Zone 2:
From 4 to 7 business days

Deliveries in all other countries:
From 5 to 7 business days

If you place an order outside the EU, customs charges may apply. For all orders placed in countries inside the EU, there are no customs charges. Please contact us if you have questions regarding your country and duty fees.

We want you to love your Rainkiss, if you don’t no stress. We offer 14 days return of any unused Rainkiss rain poncho. We do not refund postage costs. Please contact us with your order number and reason for return and we will be happy to provide you return instructions.

We will refund your returned order within 5 days of receiving your return. We always refund your money to the bank account, credit card or PayPal account that was used to place the order.

No stress, we are here to help! If you order arrived damaged please contact us right away with images of your poncho, order number and we will happily send you a replacement.

Our One-size sizing system looks great on anyone from 160cm to 195 cm. 

We created our rainwear to offer a simple inclusive sizing system for all body types but no only that... our one-size system limits the amount of returns we receive, drastically reducing the amount of issues with fit, sizing or ordering the incorrect size. Return packages leave a trail of pollution, and yes.... some even end up in landfill so we think keeping it simple goes a long way

We are proud of our 3% return rate (industry standard is 20%+) which saves the planet a lot of unnecessary shipping, wasted packaging and pollution.
