Description

Bold, ambiguous, but full of joy, the Dance poncho features a repeating pattern of characters in Timo’s signature style. The negative space helps to highlight the characters and creates a sense of harmony... because when it rains, let us dance. Amsterdam-based illustrator Timo Kuilder’s personal style is characterised by uncomplicated colour palettes, clean-cut linework and his pared-back characters. Timo’s work is fuelled by his observing nature and ongoing curiosity, utilising simple shapes to tell all sorts of stories. Among his clients are the New York Times, Vogue, Firefox and Google.

Materials

All Rainkiss rainwear is made from GRS (Global Recycling Standard) certified recycled polyester. Which is very different from virgin polyester. Unlike polyester that uses petrochemical products, loads of water and has quite toxic by products, recycled polyester uses recycled PET (bottles) as the raw material. Recycling it... so it doesn’t end up in landfills or the ocean.

All Rainkiss rainwear features a PFAS free waterproof coating, that means no more forever chemicals.
