How I return my order?
The return shipment is for your own costs, RAINKISS is not responsible for any return item lost in transit.
We highly recommend using a shipping carrier that provides insurance and tracking. Upon confirmation of your return shipment (via tracking or receiving the item) we will process your refund immediately :)
